If you are an international student but want to plan ahead, we recommend joining the coaching 3-6 months prior to graduating depending on the extent of upskilling required (we give you the roadmap for your field).

Your enrollment includes two group Q&A calls each week with Ishank and Bani, an ideal-role assessment to identify your target role, resume and cover-letter optimization, LinkedIn optimization and personal branding, one-on-one mock interviews, salary-negotiation training, our Secret Job Strategy, community support, and internal referrals.

Plan to spend about one focused hour every day on the program and your job-search activities. Consistency matters more than occasional bursts of effort, although some days may require additional time when you are applying, preparing for interviews, or working on our feedback.

The time taken to land a job will depend on how much work you put in. If you follow the modules, do the homework and attend the QnA sessions, you can expect to get a job in 90 days.

But if you do absolutely nothing, you won't see any results.

Support does not stop between the two weekly group Q&A sessions. You can ask questions through the coaching platform and receive guidance from Ishank or Bani without waiting for the next live call.

Yes. You receive personalized feedback on your resume, cover letter, LinkedIn profile, positioning, and job-search strategy. The program also includes one-on-one mock interviews.

This is hands-on coaching—not simply a library of recorded lessons, so you will always have us to resolve any questions or challenges that you face.
