Where these come from

Every guide is written from what comes up repeatedly in coaching, checked against primary sources where it states a fact about Canadian law, hiring rules or the labour market, and dated so you can see how current it is. Where something is not known, the guide says so rather than guessing.

The newsletter pieces are different. They are Bani Singh’s own advice, kept as she first sent it, and each one says when it went out.
