Ishita says her problem was discipline. She knew she had potential and had for a long time, but she had no good job. For two of her three years on a work permit she assumed a job would come after her study permit, and kept procrastinating.
She had tried another coaching before. They gave her whatever she asked for, but there was no accountability and she was not learning much.
What changed
Honestly, she did not like this coaching when she joined. She found Ishank harsh. Then she started to accept it: he was not there to serve her a product, she needed something from him, and what he was saying was how the real world is.
She gave the search everything she had. Once she was interviewing, the calls came back fast: within 24 hours, and from at least two or three companies.
She also learned how to ask the right questions. At her workplace now, when she asks questions, people listen and tell her they are great questions.
