- Calendar & scheduling tools
How to build experience:
Offer to help at community organizations, local nonprofits, or university career centers with onboarding volunteers, scheduling interviews, or organizing orientation sessions.
2️⃣ Office / Administrative Assistant
What they’re actually looking for:
- Managing calls, emails, and schedules
- Supporting team documentation and reporting
- Coordinating meetings and internal events
Tools you’ll use:
- Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
- Calendar apps (Outlook, Google Calendar)
- Task/project management tools (Trello, Asana)
How to build experience:
Volunteer at local NGOs, charities, or student clubs to manage communications, schedule events, or organize data.

How to build experience:

How to build experience:

How to build experience:
Get certified - either IFC or CSC and highlight your customer-facing experience from your part-time jobs. If you don't have any experience, find a basic customer-facing job.
