By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the website. It is intended for people aged 19 or older, and the coaching and the waitlist are for adults of that age.
What the website is for
The website provides information about Immigrant Ninja career coaching for immigrants and newcomers building corporate careers in Canada, and it sells one thing: the Interview Ninja ebook.
Coaching is not sold here. It is currently sold out, so the website links to a waitlist hosted on another company’s website, and it takes no payment for coaching. When a live workshop is announced, the website links to a registration and payment page run elsewhere. The ebook is the one purchase that starts on this website, and even then the payment itself is taken by Stripe on Stripe’s own page.

Student stories, reviews and figures describe what individual people experienced. They are not a promise or guarantee of employment, a salary, an offer or any timeline. What anyone achieves depends on their own background, effort, target role and employers’ decisions.

The ebook, coaching and workshops
The ebook. Buying the Interview Ninja ebook is governed by its own ebook purchase terms, which are linked beside every Buy control and set out what you get, the price, how the download reaches you and what you may do with it. Those terms govern that purchase; this page does not add to them.
Coaching and workshops. Nothing on this website is an offer to sell coaching. If a place becomes available, Immigrant Ninja provides the enrollment information and the purchase terms privately before any payment is made, and those terms govern the purchase. Workshop registration and payment happen on another company’s page under the terms shown there. Read what you are given before you pay, and ask us first if anything is unclear.
Acceptable use and content
Please use the website as it is intended: do not interfere with it, try to gain access to parts of it that are not public, overload it, scrape or bulk-copy its content, or use it to mislead anyone or break the law.
The text, design, artwork, illustrations, logos, videos and coaching materials on this website belong to Immigrant Ninja by Bani and Ishank Corp. or to the people who licensed them to us. You may read and share pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. Republishing, reselling or using them to build a competing offering is not permitted without our written permission.
Other websites
The website links to other companies’ websites, including the waitlist, workshop registration and payment, the Stripe page where the ebook is paid for, and video platforms. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your information. Their own terms apply when you use them.

We aim to keep the website accurate and available, but details such as prices, availability and workshop dates can change, and parts of the website may be unavailable at times. The website is provided as it is.

Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable law that cannot be limited, or liability that cannot be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, and the courts of British Columbia have jurisdiction. If you live somewhere else, consumer-protection rights that the law of your own place of residence gives you and that cannot be set aside by agreement still apply.

We may update these terms; the effective date above changes with them, and the version on this page at the time you use the website is the one that applies. If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest stays in force.
