The biggest reason you’re not clearing your interview

Never let the fear of striking out keep you from playing the game.
— Babe Ruth

Here’s a little story from last week that may hit home for you.

I had a super important meeting scheduled for 8 pm.
And the pool that I had been going to had an opening time of 6 pm.

At first, I thought, “Should I skip swimming today because of the meeting?”

But then, it hit me.

I had spent plenty of time preparing for this meeting, and I knew I’d be home by 7:15 PM.

So, why skip my swim?

I decided to stick to my routine and went to the pool.

I felt so great for not having missed that day!

And guess what? The meeting went great!

The lesson here is pretty simple…

If you prepare ahead of time, you don’t have to drop everything when something big comes up, like a job interview.

Sticking to your routine can actually help you stay calm and confident when it's D-day.

So, next time, focus on preparing well in advance.
Ideally when you don’t even have an interview scheduled.

Many people are not able to clear interviews because they start preparing when the interview email comes.

And it’s usually short notice and doesn’t leave much time for preparation and improvisation.

If you are in the job-hunt process, today is the best time to get started!
You don’t have to complicate it.

Just practice 1 question a day to start with!
