The reality though is that you have to keep doing the boring work, day in and day out, to achieve your desired results.
How to implement it in your life?
Do more of what you’re currently doing: If you are applying to 10 jobs every week, amp up the volume to 10 jobs every day.
Do it better: Make sure that your resume screams your fit for the role! Highlight your impact rather than just job responsibilities, quantify, and position your most relevant stuff at the top. To go a step further, make your portfolio. If you don’t have practical experience, build projects or volunteer in your field.
Add something new: Rather than just applying on job boards or company websites, send cold LinkedIn messages or cold emails to hiring managers.
